  After 24 months we were paying $420 a week after starting the tenancy at $380. We refused to change our contract type so they served a 60 day notice on us. We have 4 young children aged 11, 9, 7 and 4 and my wife is a doctor at the local hospital. We are the sort of tenants you want as a landlord. They have re-listed the property for rent at $400 a week putting the landlord at about $1000 out of pocket a year. After 2 years of being bullied by these guys we are happy to be moving on.

  Staff are fantastic! Property is amazing, kids and I are absolutely thrilled with the rental. Corrie took us through and was awesome. Recommend to anyone :)

  No matter how good you are as a tenant you will always get stung by these guys I fear. So much for a tenant being able to "quietly enjoy the property" they rent... the agents ensured we didn't.

  The best real estate CEO ever ! I left my key inside and locked the door accidentally. It was very late night. Even though it was out of office hours, Corrie, CEO came to my place and opened the door for me. I am very thankful and it was the best decision to choose " Just property Management ". I would like to share my good experience. !!

  In my opinion as someone who has leased commercial and residential property in the UK as the landlord, they lack effective communication and common professional decency to the people paying for the service.

  I think they take the landlord for a ride with the re-inspections as I'm sure they don't carry those out for free.

  For many weeks over the summer period the reticulation was not working so the grass needed to be watered by hand, even though I had notified them of the fault they were reluctant to get it mended and it took months to get them to send someone around. When the re-tic man eventually was called he told me that the re-tic was wired incorrectly. You might think the lovely girls from Just would have apologised for the conversations where they implied that it was sprinkler heads that needed to be adjusted and it was my responsibility and fault.... but no... they put a lock on the re-tic box so I could not meter the amount of water being put onto the lawn and then in the next inspection report told me that some shrubs had died and for the tenant to replace. The re-tic was faulty!!!!

  Be very wary when signing a contract with them. Be prepared for continual and systematic rent increases beyond the market trend, eviction threats for very simple simple issues such as dust on the window sills and the rescheduling of inspections for very much the same.

  I did a work placement at Just Property Management and i loved it there, the most amazing staff, great attitudes and just generally a great bunch of people to work with. The staff really showed that they were interested in what their clients had to say and got on to any problems that arose as soon as they could. I deferentially recommend Just Property Management as a first choice for anyone looking to rent a property in the Bunbury Region. They have the best boss anyone could ask for and an amazing line of staff.

  Every inspection was a harassing experience, carried out every 3 months. Often I would have to spend time writing responses to their inspection reports.

  JPM have been awesome to deal with. When first looking for a rental Chadez worked really hard to help find us a rental that would allow me to have my small dog and since moving in Jess has been awesome to deal with. Any issues have been dealt with straight away and inspections have been regular and thorough. If I was a landlord I would be very happy. almost two years we have been in our house and I can't complain about anything :)
