  I would like to take this opportunity to commend Jacob Maguire’s honesty, sincerity and professional approach when selling our house in Bunbury recently. Jacob made the listing process less daunting by discussing with us all of the details of the market in the area, and the process of how the listing process and sale would be accomplished. Jacob presented us with a buyer and an offer within a week, which far exceeded our expectations. I believe Jakes knowledge of the area, his down to earth nature and his obvious concern for doing the right thing for all involved in the sale, really sets him apart and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family who were thinking of selling or buying a home in Bunbury.
