  I rented 2 houses from century21 when I arrived in bunbury in 6/14. The first one I didn't get any bond back. The second one even worse, as per their claim,except the bond, I still own them. I will go to the court this time. They never do their job well. My ensuit showing was enormously leaking for more than 4 month, during that period twice inspection conducted. I reported to the inspector, but nothing happened, therefore water consumption climb extraordinaryly to around $500 twice. When I ask my property manager. She said no one report to the office. I sincerely suggest that if you want get in trouble, just contact them, you won't be disappointed. Like the previous review said, they are real daylight robbery guys. 0 star!

  The team at Century 21 Advance Realty provide outstanding service, they go above and beyond to help you with anything you need from selling, buying to renting! They are very helpful, professional and I have always achieved a great result with them... they are the whole package!!

  By far the worst Real Estate in Australia. Stay away!! Your bond money you can kiss goodbye once you sign on the line. If you don't want to go through this. Stay clear of these daylight robbery real estate. The staff are useless, the property manager thinks she owns the ground she walks on. We rented for a year, we had regular inspections of the property, we left it better then what we got it. Now we are fighting for our right to get our money returned. Now $600 water bill!! I don't think anyone can use that in a year let alone a month.
