    absolutely useless service. You don't even get to talk to anybody and then it hangs up. If they actually employed people instead of machines you might be able to get some sense and unemployment would be cut down.

    It's not a surprising the suicide rate is raising. After a day trying to contact them I can understand it now. It's far easier 'checking out' than contacting Centrelink. But think of it from the Australian government's point of view, those 'killing themselves' can't receive benefits so it improves their budget's bottom line.

    So I took the pre-recorded advice and went onto the internet to register and use their online service, but that wasted another 2 hours. I ticked the box saying I was a new customer but it still insisted I put in a Customer Reference Number, before proceeding. How can I have a reference number if I've never been a customer before.

    Tried for 3.5 hours to contact Centreling Bunbury and talk to someone, but only got pre-recorded messages. Total waste of time as the phone is not manned and none of the options transfer you to a person.

    Most heartless place! Even after telling the agent daughter has health issues including severe anxiety, no effort whatsoever made to make her more comfortable. In fact set off an anxiety attack! No amount of money is worth that sort of help. Hope you (the agent) never has to watch a family member try to go through that its really not nice

    Now I understand why so many people give up trying to get assistance and just live on the streets. It is the most inhumane, unapproachable, entity I've ever encountered. There no one answering their phone, and no email address provided. There's nothing but frustration and despair trying to contact them.
