  They refused to fix it under warranty and tried to charge me an obscene amount to fix it. I went around the corner to a competitor who told me it was made with low quality products and the metal had gone brittle and is charging me half the price to fix it.

  I've bought a few items over the years and I have never had a single problem! I was looking for a rose gold pendant and chain with a green stone and hunted high and low... so I wondered in to say hello and was having a conversation about what I wanted. As rose gold isn't overly popular and rather hard to find, AniaRoy went over and above to help me. She found the most gorgeous stone and designed the most beautiful rose gold pendant to go with a sturdy rose gold chain they ordered to compliment the piece, as well as last!

  The last of the few remaining 'Real' jewellers around. A family business with 3 very qualified jewellers, not just young sales people retailing over priced cheap bought-in rubbish with 70% off sales every other day. I have had nothing but professional, quality service from these guys in the many years I have dealt with them. They have made special custom (of my own design) jewellery of quality I could not fault. I highly recommend these guys if you value true value in jewellery.

  My partner purchased a beautiful ring for me from them, i had it for less than 10 months half of that time it sat in my jewelry box as it didn't fit, i took it out of the box to clean it and get it sized when it broke due to a faulty setting....
