  Mentioned to the girl on the front desk that the lack of a shower left me in a bit of a pickle as a non-resident. She shrugged, told me there was nothing she could do and that it "has been like this for 10 years". Left with the feeling that she couldn't have cared less.

  A woeful gym. I asked for a casual pass, telling the girl behind the counter that I was just passing through on holiday. She charged me $15, and then directed me to the male toilets where I got changed 2 metres from a urinal.

  Family owned Gym and Michael is full of advise and experience within the fitness industry. Come see these guys if your chasing affordable friendly gym with supp stock.

  From a female perspective who is only just starting a new fitness and weight loss regime, working out in the gym has been very comfortable and not at all intimidating. There is a very friendly atmosphere at this gym from both staff and other members and not at all pretentious. There are also loads of classes to choose from if that's more your thing. I highly rate this gym.

  With the supplement shop, it's good to walk into a shop where someone can answer your questions directly, instead of giving a vague answer - leaving you with even more questions.

  On the gym side, it has all the machines that I need to workout, form free weights to isolation equipment.

  Discovered there was no working shower, and so got changed (in male toilet again next to urinal), doing what I could to freshen up using deodorant and the washbasin.
