  I have a nice lounge suite now, but what a drama, arrogant, thoughtless staff and a third party delivery service that is a joke, I worked up more of a sweat helping them, than they did delivering my purchase 4 days late!

  We entered this store two days ago to have a look around , we where greeted with a good morning from a female staff member, who then in turn, turned around and said to the other staff member that she was off to put the kettle on. Yes we don't look like we are millionaires but we do have money to spend , felt that she looked us up and down. Hate people that judge a book by its cover. Then today Saturday we went into the store again looking for something different than our first visit, we found what we where looking for a gentleman approach welcomed us and helped us with our queries. As we are from the country we like to purchase here and now to be told that they don't sell stock of the floor, and the only place that does in Bunbury is fuller furniture a second hand furniture shop. I then advised the gentleman that this was balony as we had purchased a table and chairs from another store that where only to happy for us to take the items then and there. We asked if we could speak to someone that might have the authority to sell us something now, as we are two hours drive away and would really Ike the furniture now. The lady from our first visit informed us that they where catalogue lines and that is something they couldn't do for us. She then said that she would call the state manager to see if she would allow us to take floor stock. We where then told that she had rung the state manager and where waiting for her to get back to her. She also told us there policy wasn't to sell floor stock because then they would have nothing to show other customer, the buffet we where looking at came in two sizes us wanting the large one and leaving the smaller for other customers to look at we also wanted a coffee table one came with drawers, same size as one without drawers so there was one to reference the other. The gentleman then came over to say that they hadn't heard back yet and if we left our number they would ring us. We waited a while longer then advised them we where just whipping into the lighting shop next door and will pop back. We did pop back to still no response from state manager. We then had some other things to do so we whipped of to do them and call in later to see if they had heard anything, we did pop back to be told that the state manager did respond and said no, so upon returning we my husband and I discussed just ordering it and come over the following weekend to pick up. So details given and products picked we proceeded to place our order, To be told at the end of collecting all our details that they would not order our products as they needed the full amount paid up front , or they wouldn't be able to order let alone put it on the truck, we where willing to pay 50% deposit and final amount when it arrives, she said no so we took our money and left the store. Very sad that a store can just let money walk out the door. Wouldn't have thought people would be turning customers away like that. Also we spent twice as much at another store in town and as we where out of town we rang to say we would take the table and chairs and only had to place a 20% deposit to hold it and we picked it up off the floor the next day. Bad bad service furniture barn.

  After spending $4000 on what I thought was a quality dining setting and organising it to be delivered I arrived home to several flat pack boxes.

  I still have several more furniture items I need to purchase and will be looking at Aquire in Bunbury who put all their furniture together before delivery . If only I had known .
