    Don't use this shop! acer referred me to this repair shop for a diagnostics and repair of my new laptop. The initial repair took weeks, the communication was really poor and the tech crew broke the screen of the laptop while it was in for repair, delaying things while it was repaired. After fixing my laptop, the same initial problem re-occurred a few day later so I took it back in and waited another week for response from which i was told the screen was broken and I would need to pay for its repair. I am certain that the screen was not broken when I handed it in. In my opinion would likely have been broken by piling weight of its soft case pushing the charger into the top of the laptop. most likely the same way that they broke the screen the first time.. I take really good care of my gear having never had a problem like this before. The manager denied that the problem occurred in their shop leaving me to pay for a screen replacement of which Im sure the fault was not mine.

    Terrible service. We have a fixed term maintenance contract and they can't seem to get parts to fulfil it. Photocopier has been down for a week now and still no ETA for the part. Help!
