    Had to get a reinstall of one of our office computers, The reinstall was done with a different (home edition of windows 7) instead of the ultimate edition - which we already had the disk and owned. Nor was the new Home Edition Even Activated at completion of the job.

    I've just set my computer up at home after having it serviced with BTS, it turns on so much faster and is like new again all within a 2 day turn around! thanks guys

    Should have been a simple job of replacing my phone screen. I wanted to just go to a kiosk but my husband convinced me to use these guys as they are "reputable". But for whatever reason they couldn't get it right and my phone is still not working as well as it was prior to taking it in to them. At one point during this debacle I went 36 hours without a working phone so was unable to contact my shift working husband. So over the course of 2 weeks and after numerous trips by both my husband and I and dealings with various members of staff we asked for a refund. They said no to my husband initially then finally agreed but only if I handed my phone screen back in. In other words leave with half a phone.

    But I got my money back and never have to walk into that horrible business again. The staff all need lessons in customer service. Disgraceful.

    Absolutely disgraceful service. And going by other reviews it would appear that phone repairs are this company's downfall.

    Have used Nerdism for several years for home and business. The guys there are always very helpful and knowledgeable, specially for those of use not quite up with modern technology. When repairs are needed with our computers they are always understanding we have business to run and need them fixed fast to keep the business operating smoothly. I highly recommend them.

    The new version of MS Office was not registered to our company and so with the new software we have to go through Nerdism for any reinstalls or problems with software that we own. After having numerous calls with them they seem unable to solve the problems with the new software and with them to only keep applying quick fixes, rather then resolving the problem completely. They have now offered to send a tech out to do another system reinstall - at our cost, and at this point we are losing too much time and are not prepared to pay them to fix there own errors. We are now completing another reinstall of the system using the old software that we own; and will be seeking reimbursements for the problematic software that they made us buy.

    So I proceeded to go back in that same day and said no, I came in with a phone with a cracked screen and $250 better off. I want to leave the same way. This is a lot of money for us. And we weren't provided with the working product we paid for. So we should be entitled to a refund! This whole time you would think that they'd want to please a customer, given that Bunbury is a small place and word travels. But no. I was then offered a cracked screen put back on but only $150 refunded. No. The manager eventually came out and said I could have the full refund. He was the FIRST PERSON this whole time to apologise for the mess and inconvenience. In the end the two staff members at the front desk weren't even looking at me. Such arrogance should not be found in a customer service role. I don't like being a "difficult" customer but I still deserve simple courtesy and respect. To top it off the staff member with a foreign accent tried to rip me off by only putting $239 into the eftpos machine to refund. To which I said "I paid $250" and was met with some rubbish excuse.

    The company had already purchased office 2010 that could have been installed , however we were told this could not be reinstalled and we had to buy a new version of MS Office (total waste of money).

    Fantastic job! The new management is doing great work. Putting the customer back in customer service. I strongly recommend using these guys. And being part of the Leading Edge Group means they have heaps of cool toys n stuff in catalogues you can order in too!
