Upon request for a refund i was told i must strip it at their store. I had a tint to begin with. They are only offering to strip it fir refund. I also had a clean van. They cleaned the Windows outside and left black streaks across every bit of window that span from window to the bottom my vehicle looks like its been in a swamp. The internal is a mess too.

Add to that. I have thousands of raised spots in huge families on every window. In each window i have spaces where it's not connected to the window. I've counted 38 more than 1cm long. not air bubbles just poor workmanship which will crack and peel according to professionals.

Tint a car limo tint offers little privacy. The pictures are a well known lie from tint a car advertising. There are many circumstances which will make you regret choosing tint a car 5% for privacy. I had my tint removed so i can have 5% or so called limo tint and as explained i need to be able to have privacy inside. I can not only detect what's inside i can describe it quite well. The only shade that's at most tricky to detect day or night is black. That's the example they gave me. Black. It was a tiny sports car. In the show room it seemed difficult to see inside. The moment i saw my vehicle in the show room i was disappointed completely. Outside was the same. They took my money before it was completed and won't give it back so i will take tint a car to tribunal. So very unprofessional.

The only reason i upgraded is because i need privacy and I've had 5% on a similar size vehicle that was full privacy. This tint is much lighter. I can build a whole house and concrete a street and can't understand how after a store with twenty years experience they can have a advertisement and photos that turn out completely different not be decent enough to refund and replace the original condition. No blemishes and a clean vehicle and a tint and $650 is what i had a week ago. I'm only asking fir that back. After showing photographs to the state boss and calling the worldmark owners who by the way own tint professor asking with many many other companies, total collusion, I've only had a return from one boss, the store owner. He talked and talked. Never asked any questions and then hung up when i asked to explain. His manager a very decent honest straight forward well trained man has gone on stress leave and the boss thinks that i am the reason. His theory is the poor workmanship is because the glass is not new. Funny he thinks he can repair the finish because he blames the glass. it's the workmanship. The way tint a car speaks at me and the way I'm being held accountable by tint a car for a man on stress leave and not being happy about the finish compared to advertising and for not accepting that the car is dirty and not taking the offer for only the shop that can't get it right or clean to strip the job for a refund has just felt abusive. I want to take stress leave too! I'm self employed. We all know the chances of that. A incredible waste of time. Is what I've encountered. Due to false advertising. It wouldn't be so bad if they just refunded so i could find a professional to work with and get some kind of privacy like the previous 5% vehicle that was upsized for this. Worst thing is I'm not for profit and don't ask any payment. It's allot of money out of my pocket. I've missed clients who needed my time so icould go in and show them. Good people. You and me. I don't know what to say about tinting industry after this. These guys 'swear' and ' bet anything ' that they are the best and this stuff is the best. But they can't do the right thing? I'll post a update if i have to take them to vcat I'll make a web page and tell 60 minutes in case it's worth exposing. I've read so many comments world wide about this problem and its known by the owner. But still advertised wrongly. Thank you for reading. Hope it helps
