  Summarising, I'm not disappointed. The guard is well made, easy to install and doesn't look out of the place. The only strange thing is that the eight screws that hold the grill to the outer frame are silver when the guard and grill are matt black. Its not that the screws look strange, but why not make them black as you see these eight silver dots from afar.

  Fantastic service and great communication. I have purchase a few items and always fast delivery. I even contacted them about decat pipe for my 1290 S.D. and they couldn't supply but Graeme replied with info for me to source elsewhere. I can't speak highly enough of a company that is prepared to help its customers in this way.

  Summary. For the price, the radiator guards added protection is well worth the investment. Just wish the screws had been black.

  Good price for what I got but I was particularly pleased with how I was treated afterwards. I spoke with Graham, thinking I'd received the wrong part, and he was both friendly about it and suggested next steps that I could do to help him solve the problem. It turns out, I had misread the instructions, which Graham was kind enough to not throw in my face to start with, and encouraging when I rang back to tell him I'd figured out the error.

  Like I said, not deal breaker but it would have meant five stars vs four for the product itself. Oh, one screw didn't fit as the thread was incorrect. The guys from hurtlegear sent me a new set - with spares - no questions asked. Regarding the purchase of the radiator guard, the entire process was amazing and reminded me of what good service should be.

  I shopped around online and found Hurtle Gear had the most competitive prices for the parts I was after. I ordered online at 11:40am (Tassie time). My order was delivered to my office at 2:30pm the next day! Amazing service. I can't get that sort of service from local businesses! Hurtle Gear will be my go-to-guys from now on.
