  The staff here are beyond useless, I went here to see if they could solder a plug back onto a cable in my car and 2 of the staff looked at me like I asked them to raise the dead. I was told to buy a new cable and when I said that is not an option they just begin to tell me that there is no way of knowing what wire goes to what terminal on the plug I told them they could look at the other end of the plug to determine what colour goes to what terminal they looked at me more puzzled. So what a waste of my time as I guess they are not interested in small 30 minute jobs. Why bother having a business if you are not interested in customer service or small jobs.

  Friendly staff who don't charge an arm and a leg for small jobs. Friendly dog on site adds to the experience

  I had some work done. One of the jobs was fitting a reversing camera. They did not cut a little hole in the rear of the car causing the wire to be compressed and fail. I had to fix it myself as it was not there problem . It was to damaged to work so I had to buy a new unit as part same price as full unit. The other jobs were ok
