  I've owned at least 13 Mercedes, without question the best engineered vehicles in the world, Unfortunately I've come up against a dealer which spoils the reputation of the brand. I've used Mercedes Bunbury on 10 occasions over the past few years, and I've had to return vehicles for rework on eight of those occasions, either to get the work done properly, or to fix problems caused directly by the work they did. They never accept responsibility, blaming subcontractors, blaming anyone but themselves, but the reality is they just don't do the job properly, and fail the honesty test by claiming they checked the work or test drove the car when they clearly didn't. On another occasion they quoted $1,500 to replace a 'burnt out' central locking module when there was nothing wrong with it - it had simply worked loose. All of this is documented, and it has never been denied - their only reaction was to shoot the messenger, eventually refusing to deal with me because I told them how pissed off I was about the last of the cockups they made. Incompetent, unprofessional, and they have cost me a lot of money. And the Facebook reviews are very interesting - most have no credibility, one is from the dealer's son, Ben Beauglehole, currently service manager at Mercedes Bunbury (are you serious, Ben, giving Dad's company a good review without revealing your conflict of interest?), at least one is from an old school friend of Ben's, others are from Ben's Facebook friends, one is from the service advisor at Mercedes Bunbury .... absolutely dishonest and an absolute joke, fake reviews are associated with Indian restaurants, not Mercedes dealers. Highly unrecommended. PS - they deleted all Facebook reviews after I reviewed them - gutless!

  I have a Sprinter van, and have done a few big trips east , I have had great service form this company and on one occasion I rang with a problem and it was diagnosed over the phone, got me going again , I recon there a good mob and the pricing for the parts and service have been very good.

  I purchased a Land Rover from this dealership. I inspected the car in the evening on the trip down from Perth. I expressed my concern for the overall condition of the car was not as I felt described once I saw it in the daylight. I was very pleased with the attitude of Ebony the saleswoman whom immediately had the car up to a fair standard with the minor maintenance required. This is good old fashion service that rarely exists in this day and age. I would definitely return if they had a suitable vehicle for me.
