  We purchased a Kia Grand Carnival through Adam and his team. It was a very pleasant experience. It was a brand new vehicle and there was a minor issue a couple of months after we bought it and the service was A1. I would highly recommend this team.

  Hi , I have this advice for you for the service department . Get in your car and drive out as quickly as possible , avoid getting your car serviced here at all costs. It's funny , someone told me don't take your Honda there for service they stuff everything up. I ignore my friend , and sure enough 3 times in a row they stuffed the job. Do not get your valves adjusted here , clearly have no idea what they are doing or are lazy , not sure which. They had 2 goes at this , and I ended up with a car that would cut out ramdomly someoutimes , totally dangerous with wife driving ,wouldn't start when hot , and idled rough when cold. Spoke to service manager Brad ( who is friendly and seems helpful guy) who said the mechanics say this has absolutely nothing to do with there work, even though the car didn't do it until they worked on it ,TotalBS . Car had 35,000 and full service history( elsewhere) and ran perfect before Bunbury Honda , then runs like as per above . I ended up watching a u tube video on how to adjust valves on a CRV , and first up the inlet valve clearances were 2-3 thousands of a inch. They are suppose Set to be 8-9 thousands. I was really pissed at there imcompitence. I set the gap to what it should be and what a surprise the crap running /starting/stalling disappears instantly . Rang and told them , I should have a refund but no offers waste of money , it's not the only work that went wrong but this review is not big enough

  Ordered a part from these guys to see how they go. Part was wrong size but when I return they say it's my fault even though they looked up the part. Knowing they could get a more appropriate part I'm left with the wrong size and a surgestion to go to Bunnings. No replacement or refund so I'll be taking my bike elsewhere. $6 and unhappy customer. Go somewhere else is my opinion

  General services quite overpriced for what they are. Can get much better service deals elsewhere. Not helpful at diagnosing problems.

  The service centre I'm not very happy with. Took my car back 5 times for same issue and 5 times told different reasons engine light was coming on. Have since taken it elsewhere for services. Cost was ok i guess.
