  I ordered a cake from here for my sons birthday. When I went in on his birthday to pick it up they had no recollection of the order. It was too late too make one so they told me to take the one on display. Which I did. That evening we ate the cake and it was stale. Totally horrible and expensive.

  The lady was extremely rude and yelled at a little child, the cake wasn't so good either. It's not worth going there.

  I LOVE the tirimasu!! I love that they have a selection of smaller pieces at a reasonable price! I had a negative customer service experience with a male worker . I was buying a smaller serving and just opened the cake to smell it to see how strong the flavours were and he totally yelled at me! I was going to eat the cake and buy it! I ALWAYS have exceptional service from Shania: so friendly and great knowledge of the cakes. I would say the cakes can be a bit pricey but it is a great gift for a special occasion!
