    Vet gave wrong diagnosis for my dog which resulted in thousands of dollars in vet bills for me i now have to pay off.

    On top of all that VERY rude staff, their was a male vet their that was very lovely and professional but apart from that i could not believe how unprofessional and rude the other staff where. I have had other complaints from friends who have also had to deal with the very rude staff.

    A huge thank you to the staff at Harradines who have been our vet for the last 12 years. They have always taken great care of my dogs and cats but today were exceptional. I took my 17 month old border collie in with a suspected snake bite. On arrival I was shown straight into the consult room and the vet on duty was thorough in all he did. It turned out to be something else, we think a bite, and she is now recovering nicely but the treatment we got was awesome from the receptionist and nurse through to the vet involved. I wouldn't change them for the world.
