  I had bought the vast majority of my clothing at Bon Marche since day dot. Had good clothing, service and pricing. In the last year my usual selection has disappeared so I asked them to order in. My phone number was given and I was told they would ring me if they turned up. I asked them to ring me also if the items weren't available so I could source elsewhere and was told "No, we won't do that". I told the chap if they were't willing to make a courtesy phone call to me then I wouldn't be stepping foot in the joint again. Months have gone by and not a word.
