  Today I had the best experience in a hairdresser in the best part of 50 years! I was in Bunbury having my car serviced and needed to fill in a couple of hours so walked from the VW dealership to the centre point shopping centre with the intention of getting a coffee and doing a little shopping, I walked past salon express and thought " I wonder if I can get a haircut?" There were a couple of people getting cuts at the time but I was shown straight to a seat and advised that there would be someone with me shortly and shortly it was, about 2 minutes to be exact, a lovely young lady by the name of Emma from Burnley in the uk. From the moment she arrived she was ultra friendly (it probably helped that I am also from the north of England albeit the other side!), I showed her a picture of what I would like my hair to look like to which she replied "yes I can do that!" And About 20 minutes later I was thrilled with the result and had so enjoyed our conversation. I live in Busselton but will definitely be travelling to Bunbury when next I need a cut and style!.

  All this for a mere $22.50, it seemed far too little for the job she had done and the time and care taken, all I can say is to the management, hang on to Emma, she is an absolute asset to your business, look forward to the next time!.

  Appalling! Had a chunk of hair taken to test was told id get a phone call within a few days after a week I called up to remind them (they had forgotten) was then told I'd get a call back within the hour it has now been 2 more weeks and nothing! Will never go there again!

  The worst haircut experience I've had. No care factor from the woman in there, and the haircut took less than 5 minutes literally. In all honesty, if this was my staff member, I'd be ashamed of the service. She didn't even bother to blow dry my hair off my face or neck when I left, so I had hair sticking to my neck as I went. Such a shame for a small business in Bunbury. If I was any angrier, I would call her boss and propose she be fired.
